My professional working experience is primarily in customer-orientated industries, such as Healthcare, Insurance and Tourism. I specialise in Administrative Processes, Project Management, Workflow Automation and Digital Transformation.
In the last 8 years I have been working for NHS England, so my articles will also be delving into the world of Clinical Coding, QOF, and business transformation strategies for the General Practice workplaces in England.
